Wonderful but be prepared to pay for breakfast. They have coffee and a sweet something but nothing healthy or hot unless you pay for it. Great location.

•There needs to be an elevator!! Outside stairs to our room was scary enough…imagine carrying a heavy suitcase! •Hot tub? •Allowed children to run around in the lobby at 9:45pm. •Noisy room (it was located below the lobby). Sounded like a renovation was underway. •Toilet moved every time someone got off of it. A few nice touches: staff were friendly and helpful. View was great! Robes were in our room. Complimentary breakfast was okay…needed gluten free bread options. Balcony was nice to just sit and have a drink.

Only 4 rooms that were having A/C problems. Of course we had one the rooms. If the A/C isn’t working, why continue to reserve the rooms and not just fix the A/C??? Front desk attendant Dennecia was wonderful and was able to get us moved for our last night in Portland. She made the experience enjoyable. She did as much as she could. Just not sure why the hotel couldn’t fix the A/C in the rooms with KNOWN issues.

We arrived during a holiday weekend and were disappointed by the overall condition of the hotel. The common areas were very dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout. Our room also fell below expectations. We found sand under the duvet on the bed, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the linens, and the lamp shades were covered in stains. The pool area was also poorly maintained. Several lounge chairs were broken, and there were bugs in the pool, making it uninviting and difficult to enjoy. Lastly, the walls are very thin you can hear everything in the room next door. Overall, the level of cleanliness and maintenance did not meet the standard we expected for our stay.

Location is good. Rooms are nice, modern, very clean. Breakfast was not great and monotonous for a 3 day stay. The staff over communicated in my opinion by text which some people might feel is good, but I found a bit fatiguing.
